'So then, men ought to regard us as servants of Christ and as those entrusted with the secret things of God.
Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful.
I care very little if I am judged by you or by any human court; indeed, I do not even judge myself.
My conscience is clear, but that does not make me innocent.
It is the Lord who judges me.
Therefore judge nothing before the appointed time; wait till the Lord comes.
He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of men's hearts.
At that time each will receive his praise from God.'
1 Corinthians 4:1-5 (New International Version)
Thank God! :D
It's always such wonderful sermons
that strike onto my heart and give it an important reminder.
Really, really want to thank God for how amazing His grace is.
I knew that this verse is from God, AGAIN :)
Sometimes,
true comforts really come from the bible,
from the mouth of the LORD and His people,
those whom were given the wisdom to speak.
In this society that we live in,
judges from people of how we look,
what we wear,
what brand our bag is,
what is the cost of our handphone,
who got the bigger diamond ring and etc thing,
are becoming critical.
But look at how Paul looks at such things,
he considered people's judgements as a "small" thing in life.
He knew that God will be the one who judge,
when the time is right.
And pay attention to what he said,
"My conscience is clear, but that does not make me innocent. It is the Lord who judges me. "
What he was trying to say is that,
though he thinks that he was not wrong in
what he is doing,
he doesn't mean that he had no sins.
It is the Lord, our God that will judge his behaviour.
That was great, amazingly great.
Be patience, wait for the Lord to judge.
